These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clutx.site (the "Service"), operated by the clutx team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country (for example, 16 in some EU countries), to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- One person may not create accounts in bulk, and you may not buy, sell or trade usernames.
- Don't sign up or log in with bots or scripts, or try to get around a security check.
- We may reclaim, rename or remove usernames that are inactive, impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, or are offensive.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload, including text, images, videos, audio and links ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute Your Content only to run and promote the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that are kept for a limited time.
You promise that you own Your Content, or have the rights to it, including any music you upload.
Links in your Setup list may be shop or affiliate links. If you earn money or get products for them, you are responsible for saying so where the law requires it, for example in your bio. We mark these links as sponsored for search engines, and we don't check the shops they lead to.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to post, upload or link to content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, violence or self-harm;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises minors in any way;
- harasses, threatens, doxxes or shares private information about another person;
- is hateful towards people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or similar characteristics;
- impersonates any person or organisation, or misleads visitors (phishing, scams, fake giveaways);
- contains malware or links to it, or tries to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
- infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
- is spam, or artificially inflates views, clicks, GGs or invites.
The leaderboard is for your own game accounts. Don't put someone else's account on it, or try to change your position by anything other than playing. Likewise, only add your own Twitch or Kick channel to the LIVE banner. A cursor image you upload follows the same rules as any other image, and must not mislead visitors about where they are pointing or clicking.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may remove content, hide profiles, take pages off the leaderboard, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, at our discretion and without notice where needed to protect users or the Service. To report a profile, email [email protected] or use the "report" link on the profile.
6. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected]. Include your contact details, the work being infringed, the URL of the infringing material, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act. We will remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Premium and payments
- Premium is a one-time purchase ($4.99 one-time) that unlocks cosmetic features for the lifetime of the Service and your account.
- Premium currently includes the Neon and Aurora themes, extra fonts, a rainbow name, a custom cursor (an accent-coloured dot, or a PNG image you upload), animated avatars (without Premium, a GIF or animated WebP avatar shows as its first frame), the Outline, Accent fill and Minimal link styles, and the Premium badge.
- You can also get Premium for a while by inviting friends: when someone signs up with your invite link and sets up their page (their email address confirmed or a Google or Discord sign-up, and an avatar or a bio plus a link or a widget other than the Discord status), you get 7 days of Premium, for up to 4 people a calendar month. Each email address counts once. The days add up. Premium from invites has the same features, and ends when the days run out: your page then goes back to the free options, and its Premium settings are removed. It has no cash value and can't be transferred or refunded.
- Invites are for real people who want a page. Inviting yourself, or creating accounts to collect days, is not allowed (see section 2): such invites don't count, and we may take away days earned that way. We may change or end invites at any time; days you have already earned fairly stay until they run out.
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card details.
- Because Premium is digital content delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When you buy, we ask you to agree that Premium is activated straight away and to acknowledge that you then lose that right. You can't buy Premium without agreeing, and Stripe's checkout page repeats it.
- Premium is not refunded if your account is terminated for breaking these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service can show data from third parties, such as Discord (live status read by our own bot in our official Discord server), Twitch and Kick (live status for the LIVE banner, through their official APIs), Riot Games (Valorant through HenrikDev, and League of Legends through the Riot Games API), Blizzard (Overwatch 2 through OverFast API), Electronic Arts (Apex Legends through Apex Legends Status), FACEIT, osu!, Epic Games, Steam, Chess.com, Roblox and GitHub, video players from YouTube, Twitch, Medal and Streamable for the clips people add to their pages, and links to other websites. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
If you log in with or connect Discord, we add you to our official Discord server so that your live status can show on your page. Discord's terms and the server's rules apply there. You can leave the server at any time, and your Discord status then stops showing. In that server, anyone can use our bot's /profile command to post a public page there, yours included. It only shows what your page already shows publicly, and only lets someone else find your page from your Discord account if your page shows your Discord. Don't use it to flood channels or to harass anyone.

9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop running the Service. Sections 3 (licence to backups), 6, 10, 11 and 12 still apply after termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your content will never be lost. Keep your own backups.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Service. Nothing here takes away mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live, and you can always bring a claim where the law of your country allows it.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or on the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.
